Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work stres and work motivation on work discipline at PT. Victory Chingluh Indonesia Quality Division. From this study the independent variables consist of Leadership Style. Work Stres and Work Motivation and the dependent variable is Work Discipline. The population in this study were employees of the quality division at PT. Victory Chingluh Indonesia, totaling 64 employees and the sample used by 64 employees at PT. Victory Chingluh Indonesia. The data analysis technique used in this study includes the outer model test, test the inner model hypothesis. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to employees and processed using the Smart PLS 3,0 program. This research proves that Leadership Style has a positive and insignificant effect on Work Discipline. Job Stres and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Stres, Work Motivation, Work Discipline. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Stres kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Disiplin Kerja PT. Victory Chingluh Indonesia Divisi Quality. Dari penelitian ini variabel independen terdiri dari Gaya Kepemimpinan, Stres Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja dan variabel dependennya Disiplin Kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan divisi quality pada PT. Victory Chingluh Indonesia yang berjumlah 64 karyawan dan sampel yang digunakan 64 orang karyawan pada PT. Victory Chingluh Indonesia. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji outer model, uji hipotesis inner model. Data dikumpulkan dengan membagikan kuisioner kepada karyawan dan diolah menggunakan program Smart PLS 3,0. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja. Stres Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Stres Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja.
