Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Indomarco Prismatama in the DaanMogot branch. The population in this study consists of 132 employees actively working at PT. Indomarco Prismatama in the Daan Mogot branch. The sample used is 99 employees, calculated using the Slovin formula. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data collection method employs a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method in this study is Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Smart-PLS version 3.2.9 as the analysis tool. The results of this study prove that motivation and the work environment have a significant influence on employee performance, while leadership style does not have a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Indomarco Prismatama in the Daan Mogot branch. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Work Environment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Lingkungan kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT.Indomarco Prismatama di Cabang Daan Mogot. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 132 karyawan yang aktif bekerja pada PT.Indomarco Prismatama di Cabang Daan Mogot. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 99 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indomarco Prismatama di Cabang Daan Mogot. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan , Motivasi Kerja , Lingkungan Kerja ,Kinerja Karyawan
