Abstract
The purposes of this study are 1) To find out and analyze Spiritual Intelligence has an effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 2) To find out and analyze the effect of Employee Participation on Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) 3) To find out and analyze Self Efficacy has an effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 4) To find out and analyze job satisfaction affect Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB)? The research method used in this study was causal method and 42 respondents were used as samples in this study. From the results of this study, 1) Spiritual Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Social Welfare Institutions (LKS) in Central Aceh, Takengon and Gayo Lues Regions. This means that if the intelligence to develop oneself is good, then the level of behavior in an organization for these employees will also be better. 2) Employee Participation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Social Welfare Institutions (LKS) in Central Aceh, Takengon and Gayo Lues Regions. This means that if Employee Participation (employee participation process) such as working to help each other or strengthen each other goes well, then the level of voluntary commitment to work will also be good. 3) Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Social Welfare Institutions (LKS) in Central Aceh, Takengon and Gayo Lues Regions. This means that if self-efficacy (the ability to believe in one's own abilities) for employees is good, then the level of voluntary commitment to work experienced by employees will also be good. 4) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Social Welfare Institutions (LKS) in Central Aceh, Takengon and Gayo Lues Regions. This means that if job satisfaction in a company is good, then the level of voluntary commitment of employees to work will also improve. Keywords : Spiritual Intelligence, Employee Participation, Self Efficiency and Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Spritual Intellgence berpengaruh terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Employee Participation berpengaruh terhadap terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) 3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Self Eficacy berpengaruh terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 4) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB)? Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode kausa dan yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 42 orang responden. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapat 1) Spritual Intelligence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior pada Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial (LKS) di Wilayah Aceh Tengah, Takengon dan Gayo Lues. Hal ini berarti apabila kecerdasan untuk mengembangkan diri seseorang baik, maka tingkat perilaku disuatu organisasi bagi karyawan tersebut juga akan semakin baik. 2) Employee Participation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior pada Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial (LKS) di Wilayah Aceh Tengah, Takengon dan Gayo Lues. Hal ini berarti apabila Employee Participation (proses partisipasi karyawan) seperti bekerja saling membantu atau saling menguatkan berjalan baik, maka tingkat komitmen sukarela dalam bekerja juga akan baik. 3) Self Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior pada Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial (LKS) di Wilayah Aceh Tengah, Takengon dan Gayo Lues. Hal ini berarti apabila Self Efficacy (kemampuan kepercayaan individu akan kemampuan sendiri) bagi karyawan bagus, maka tingkat komitmen sukarela dalam bekerja yang dialami karyawan juga akan baik. 4) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior pada Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial (LKS) di Wilayah Aceh Tengah, Takengon dan Gayo Lues. Hal ini berarti apabila Kepuasan Kerja disuatu perusahaan baik, maka tingkat komitmen sukarela karyawan dalam bekerja juga akan membaik.
