Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and career development on turnover intention. The population in this study is 115 employees who work at PT Decor Indah Sejati. The sample used in this study were 64 permanent employees using the sampling technique with a specific purpose. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Partial Least Square. This study proves that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Career development has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords : Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Career Development, Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan pengembangan karir terhadap turnover intention. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 115 orang karyawan yang bekerja di PT Decor Indah Sejati. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 64 orang karyawan tetap dengan menggunakan teknik sampel dengan tujuan tertentu. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitiannya adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Pengembangan Karir, Turnover Intention.
