Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of managerial ownership, independent board of commissioners, audit committee and corporate social responsibility on firm value (Case Study on Property, Real Estate, and Building Construction Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015 – 2019). The population in this study are all property, real estate and building construction sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period, totaling 62 companies. Then, the sample was determined based on the purposive sampling technique so that 22 companies were obtained as samples. The method of analysis in this study is panel data regression through Eviews 10.0. The results show that managerial ownership, independent board of commissioners, audit committee and corporate social responsibility has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Keywords : Firm Value, Managerial Ownership, Independent Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial, dewan komisaris independen, komite audit dan corporate social responsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan (Studi Kasus pada Perusahaan Property, Real Estate, dan Kontruksi Bangunan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2015 – 2019). Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sektor properti, real estate dan konstruksi bangunan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2019 yang berjumlah 62 perusahaan. Kemudian, sampel ditentukan berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan 22 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel melalui Eviews 10.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial, dewan komisaris independen, komite audit, dan corporate social responsibilty berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
