Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work motivation, organizational culture on employee performance (survey onMetro-TvHead Office), with a sample of 283 employee. The data analysis method used multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that leadership have a significant effect on employee performance onMetro-TvHead Office,work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance onMetro-Tv Head Office, organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance onMetroTvHead Office, and leadership, work motivation, andorganizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on employeeperformance onMetro-Tv Head Office. The implications of this study are discussed in the article. Keywords:leadership, work motivation, organizational culture, employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, danbudaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai (survei pada pegawai Metro-Tv Kantor Pusat), dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 283 orangpegawai. Metode analisis data menggunakanregresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapatpengaruh signifikan kepemimpinanterhadapkinerja pegawai padaMetroTv Kantor Pusat, terdapatpengaruh signifikan motivasi kerjaterhadapkinerja pegawai padaMetro-Tv Kantor Pusat, terdapat pengaruh signifikan budaya organisasi terhadapkinerja pegawai padaMetro-Tv Kantor Pusat, danterdapat pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi secara simultan terhadapkinerja pegawai padaMetro-Tv Kantor Pusat. Implikasi penelitian ini dibahas dalam artikel. Kata Kunci:kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, kinerja pegawai.
