Abstract
This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of work discipline, work environment, and compensation on employee performance of PT. Yobel Sandang Lestari. The population in this study were all employees of the PT. Yobel Sandang Lestari, amounting to 48 people. The sampling technique in this study data used a saturated sample, where all members of the population are sampled. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and methods of data analysis using PLS-SEM (Partial Least SquareStructural Equation Modelling) where the data management uses the program Smart-PLS 3.0. The results of this study prove that Effect of Work Discipline, Work Environment, and Compensation have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance at PT. Yobel Sandang Lestari. Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Environment, Compensatio, and Employee Performance Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Yobel Sandang Lestari. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Yobel Sandang Lestari yang berjumlah 48 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel data penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan metode analisis data menggunakan PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling) yang dimana pengelolaan datanya menggunakan program Smart-PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Yobel Sandang Lestari. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Kinerja Karyawan
