Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work environment, and work discipline on employee job satisfaction (case study at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Daan Mogot Branch). The population in this study were 116 frontliner employees and using a sample of 116 frontliner employees at PT Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk. Daan Mogot Branch. The sample uses a saturated sample or probability sampling. The method of data collection using the survey method with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method is using Partial Least Square. This research proves that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Suggestions for future researchers are expected to be able to add several other variables that affect job satisfaction including leadership style variables, organizational culture, compensation and others. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (studi kasus pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Cabang Daan Mogot). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 116 karyawan frontliner dan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 116 karyawan frontliner PT Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk. Cabang Daan Mogot. Sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh atau probability sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data yaitu menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menambah beberapa variabel lain yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja diantaranya variabel gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, kompensasi dan lain sebagainya.
