Abstract
This study aims to determine the Effect of Transformational Leadership, Compensation, and Motivation on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance at PT. Radika Indonesia Promotional Creations, Cilandak, South Jakarta. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square with the SmartPLS 3 application. The population in the study is 107 employees. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample, so the total sample is 107 people. This study proves that transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, transformational leadership has no significant effect on performance. Compensation has a significant positive effect on performance. Motivation has a significant positive effect on performance. And job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Compensation, Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kompensasi, dan Motivasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan studi pada PT. Pariwara Kreasi Radika Indonesia, Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 3. Populasi yang terdapat dalam penelitian adalah 107 karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, sehinga jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 107 orang. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Selanjutnya Kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja. Motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja. Serta Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja.
