Abstract

This research is to determine the influence of work motivation, workload and work discipline on the performance of PT PLN (Persero) employees in the Cengkareng area. The objects of this research are all employees who work at PT PLN (Persero) in the Cengkareng area. This research was conducted on 100 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size uses a saturated sample technique, namely taking the entire population. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. Therefore, the results of this study state that the work motivation variable is not positive and significant on employee performance, workload has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) in the Cengkareng area. Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Workload on Employee Performance of PT PLN (Persero) Cengkareng Region. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, beban kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT PLN (Persero) area Cengkareng. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT PLN (Persero) area Cengkareng. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan besarnya sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil seluruh populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu, hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT PLN ( Persero) area Cengkareng. Kata kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT PLN (Persero) area Cengkareng.
