Abstract
This study was to analyze the influence of work discipline, competence and workload on the performance of employees of the Kaimana Regent's Office, West Papua. The objects of this research are employees who work at the Kaimana Regent's Office, West Papua. This research was conducted on 118 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination The determination of sample size uses a saturated sample so that all members of the population are sampled, namely 118 employees. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Discipline, Competence, Workload, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, kompetensi dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Bupati Kaimana Papua Barat. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di Kantor Bupati Kaimana Papua Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 118 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh sehingga semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu 118 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart- PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Kompetensi, Beban Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
