Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Job Satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Sicepat Ekpres Indonesia Madiun branch Respondent PT. Sicepat Ekpres Indonesia branch of Madiun City in this study are employees. This research was conducted on 30 respondents using a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. With a coefficient of determination or R-Square of 92.3%, it can be interpreted that the variability of employee performance constructs can be explained by the variability of work discipline, work motivation and job satisfaction. Keywords: work motivation, work discipline, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap kinjerja karyawan PT. Sicepat Ekpres Indonesia cabang Kota Madiun Responden PT. Sicepat Ekpres Indonesia cabang Kota Madiun pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 30 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan nilai koefisien determinasi atau R-Square sebesar 92,3% dapat diinterprestasikan bahwa variabilitas konstruk kinerja karyawan yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabilitas disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja.
