Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, work stress, and workload on employee performance at Bersih Sehat, Puri Kencana branch. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive causal design. This research was conducted at Bersih Sehat, Puri Kencana branch, with a population of 52 employees. This research uses data analysis techniques Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and data processing using Partial Least Square (PLS) with a total of 52 employees. By using a quantitative descriptive approach, the results of this study indicate that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect, job stress has no significant effect, workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bersih Sehat, Puri Kencana branch. Keywords : Transformational leadership style, Work stress, Workload, Employee performance Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, stres kerja, beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bersih Sehat Cabang Puri Kencana. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif kausal. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bersih Sehat Cabang Puri Kencana dengan populasi 52 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan pengolahan data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan total jumlah 52 karyawan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, stres kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan, dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bersih Sehat Cabang Puri Kencana. Kata kunci : Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, stres kerja, beban kerja, kinerja karyawan.
