Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of leadership style, compensation, and discipline on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Bank Permata Tbk. The population in this study amounted to 105 employees of the Desk Collcetion section with a total sample of 66 members of the Desk Collcetion. The research design used is quantitative. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires. The analytical technique used is the SPSS version 24 application. The results of this research show (1) Leadership style partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (2) Compensation by partial positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (3) Discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (4) Autocratic leadership style, compensation, and discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The simultaneous effect is 49.8% while the remaining 50.2% is influenced by other variables outside this regression model, such as work performance, loyalty, performance, citizenship behavior, productivity, and others. Keyword : leadership style, compensation, discipline, job satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan disiplin terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Bank Permata Tbk. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 105 karyawan bagian Desk Collcetion dengan jumlah sampel 66 bagian Desk Collcetion. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) Gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (2) Kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (3) Disiplin secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (4) Gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan disiplin secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Pengaruh simultan tersebut sebesar 49,8% sedangkan sisanya 50,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model regresi ini, seperti prestasi kerja, loyalitas, kinerja, perilaku kewarganegaraan, produktivitas, dan lainnya.
