Abstract

SebagaiKabuoatenBogor,idealnyaJawabaratmerupakankotayangindah,bersih, tertib,nyamansertateratur.Namunkenyataannya,Cilingsijustrumempunyaicirikhas kotabesar,yaitu:keramaianlalulintaskendaraan,banyaknyapendudukdan pembangunangedungdanmall,sertabanyaklagisejumlahyangmenyebabkan timbulnyakemacetandankesemrawutan.Kemacetandankesemrawutanlalulintas jalanrayadiJawaBaratbukansajapadamusimhujanyangmenimbulkangenangan air/banjirdibeberaparuasjalanraya,tapipadakondisinormalpunkemacetandan kesemrawutantidakdapatdihindarkankarenakapasitasjalanmemangsudahtidak sebandingdenganbanyaknyajumlahkendaraanyangmenggunakanjalan.Kemacetan yangterjadidiKabupatenBogoryaitupadasaatjamkerjadanjampulangkerja.Salah satutitikkemacetanyangadadiKabupatenBogoryaitusimpangJalanCilingsiRaya, kondisitersebutmenjelaskanbahwakapasitaskendaraanmeningkatseiringdengan pertumbuhanekonomididaerahtersebut.Denganmelihatpermasalahanyangterjadi baikdiruasjalandansimpangtakbersinyalpadaJalanCilingsiRaya-JalanJonggol Raya,makapenulismencobamengidentifikasilenganpadapersimpangantersebutdan menganalisiskinerjapadaruasdansimpangnya. DalammenganalisisstudiinimenggunakanmetodeManualKapasitasJalanIndonesia (MKJI)tahun1997yangakanmenentukankinerjaruassepertiarus,kapasitas, kecepatandanderajatkejenuhandankinerjasimpangsepertivolume,kapasitas, tundaandanpeluangantrian.Pengumpulandatadidapatdenganmelakukansurvey terhadapruasjalanyangmenujusimpangdanterhadapsimpangtakbersinyalJalan CilingsiRaya-JalanJonggolRayapadajamsibukdiharikerjadanharilibur. Darihasilanalisissimpangmenunjukanderajatkejenuhan1,14,dantundaanpada simpangtersebutdidapatsebesar29det/smp,sertapeluangantriansebesar106,87 %-53,08%.Denganmenggunakanalterntif4,derajatkejenuhan(DS)didapatsebesar 0.67,dantundaanyangdidapatsebesar11,33sertapeluangantrian38,20%-18,66%, denganmelarangaruskendaraanuntukberbelokkananbaikarusdarijalanminor maupunmayor.Untukanalisisruasmenunjukanderajatkejenuhan(DS)sebesar0,93. denganmenggunakanalternatifDSyangdidapatsebesar0,64. Katakunci:DerajatKejenuhan,PeluangAntrian,SimpangTakBersinyal,dan Tundaan Asthenation'scapital,ideallyKabupatenBogorisacitythatisbeautiful,clean, orderly,comfortableandorganized.Butinreality,Jawabaratasametropolitancity actuallyhasthecharacteristicsofabigcity,namely:crowdsofvehicletraffic,large numbersofpeopleandtheconstructionofbuildingsandmalls,andmanymorethat causecongestionandchaostoarise.CongestionandchaosofhighwaytrafficinJawa Baratisnotonlyintherainyseasonwhichcausespuddles/floodsonseveralroad sections,butevenundernormalconditionscongestionandcluttercannotbeavoided becauseroadcapacityisindeednotcomparabletothenumberofvehiclesusingStreet. CongestionthatoccursinKabupatenBogorisduringworkinghoursandworkhours. OneofthecongestionpointsinKabupatenBogor,namelytheintersectionofJalan JagakarsaRaya,thisconditionexplainsthatvehiclecapacityincreasesalongwith economicgrowthinthearea.Byseeingproblemsthatoccurbothonroadsand unsignalizedintersectionsonJalanCilingsiRaya-JalanJonggolRaya,thewritertries toidentifythearmattheintersectionandanalyzetheperformanceonthesegmentand itsintersection. InanalyzingthisstudyusingthemethodoftheIndonesianRoadCapacityManual (MKJI)in1997whichwilldeterminesegmentperformancesuchasflow,capacity, speedanddegreeofsaturationandintersectionperformancesuchasvolume,capacity, delayandchanceofqueuing.Datacollectionisobtainedbyconductingasurveyofthe roadleadingtotheintersectionandtothenon-signalizedintersectionofJalanCilingsi Raya-JalanJonggolRayaduringpeakhoursonweekdaysandholidays. Fromtheresultsoftheintersectionanalysisshowsthedegreeofsaturationof1.14,and thedelayintheintersectionisobtainedat29det/pcu,andthequeuingopportunityis 106.87%-53.08%.Byusingalternative4,thedegreeofsaturation(DS)isobtainedat 0.67,andthedelayobtainedis11.33andtheopportunityforqueuingis38.20%18.66%,byprohibitingtheflowofvehiclestoturnrightbothminorandmajorroads.
