Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, work motivation, and workload for employee performance. Population in this research is 59 employees of PT Federal Mardhika Citramandiri. The sample used is 59 employees. Sampling in this study used Saturated Sampling techniques. The data collection method uses primary data in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis method used is the Multiple Linear Regression Test. The results showed that work discipline, work motivation, and workload had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Federal Mardhika Citramandiri. Keywords : Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Workload, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 59 karyawan PT. Federal Mardhika Citramandiri. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 59 karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang berupa kuisioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Federal Mardhika Citramandiri. Kata kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Beban Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
