Abstract
Employee performance has become one of the phenomena at work, where the existing phenomena are things that cannot be separated from the quality and quantity of female gender workers in the era of the covid-19 pandemic, especially at PT Yodya Karya (Persero), so the focus of the research is on identifying gender policies. existing and knowing the obstacles and their supports, this study uses qualitative research with 23 female gender informants with analysis tools in the form of the GAP model accompanied by minor and major prepositions that produce existing models and recommendation models. The results of this qualitative research are recommended that companies must issue a Decree (SK) related to the Women's Gender Policy in this era of the covid-19 pandemic where there is an agreement on the gender of women and companies. Suggestions from the results of this qualitative research include the recommendations that can be applied in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic in accordance with theories and methods in the aspect of policies specifically for women's gender and provide transparent information on specific policies for women's gender in Indonesia. Keywords: Gender of Women, GAP Model, Existing Model, Recommendation Model, Policy in the Era of the Covid-19 Pandemic Kinerja karyawan marak menjadi salah satu fenomena dalam bekerja, dimana fenomena yangada yaitu hal-hal yang tidak lepas dari kualitas dan kuantitas para pekerja gender perempuan di era pandemi covid-19 khususnya di PT Yodya Karya(Persero), sehingga fokus penelitian mengidentifikaskan kebijakan gender yang ada serta mengetahui hambatan dan dukungannya, penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan 23 informan gender perempuan dengan alat analisis berupa model GAP yang disertai dengan preposisi minor dan mayor yang menghasilkan model existing dan model rekomendasi. Hasil penelitian kualitatif ini direkomendasikan bahwa perusahaan wajib menerbitkan Surat Keputusan (SK) terkait Kebijakan Gender Perempuan pada era pandemi covid-19 ini dimana ada kesepakatan gender perempuan dan perusahaan. Saran dari hasil penelitian kualitatif ini diantaranya hasil rekomendasi dapat diterapkan di era pandemi covid-19 sesuai dengan teori dan metode dalam aspek kebijakan khusus gender perempuan serta memberikan informasi secara transparan mengenai kebijakan-kebijakan khusus untuk gender perempuan di Indonesia.
