Abstract
The success of the company is the achievement of targets or profits that are obtained effectively, the achievement of company targets is supported by high employee productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work experience, career path and training on work productivity of NMC telecollection staff in the Telecollection Division at PT. Kobus Smart Service. The method used is to collect data from the company and use a questionnaire method with a sample of 60 respondents from NMC telecollection staff, as well as data analysis using descriptive analysis of respondents and Partial Lease Square analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (i) Work experience does not have a significant effect on work productivity, (ii) Career Path has a significant effect on work productivity, (iii) Training has a significant effect on work productivity. Keywords: Work Experience, Career Path, Training and Work Productivity Keberhasilan perusahaan adalah pencapaian target atau profit yang didapatkan secara efektif, pencapaian target perusahaan didukung oleh produktivitas kerja karyawan yang tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja,jenjang karir dan pelatihan terhadap produktivitas kerja staff telecollection NMC pada Divisi Telecollection di PT.Kobus Smart Service. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan mengumpulkan data dari perusahaan dan menggunakan metode kuesioner dengan sampel 60 responden staff telecollection NMC, serta analisa data menggunakan analisa deskriptif responden dan analisa Partial Lease Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan yaitu : (i) Pengalaman kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja,(ii) Jenjang Karir memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja,(iii) Pelatihan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja.
