Abstract
The study aims to find out whether there is influence of Compensation, Job Stress to the Employment Satisfaction on CV. Indo Javaland. The population in this study were 70 employees who worked at CV. Indo Javaland. The sample used is the entire population as many as 70 employees. The sampling method uses Non Probability Sampling. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques that used in this research multiple linear regression, which is operated through the program SPSS 25. This study proves that compensation has a positive and significant effect in Employee Job Satisfaction. Job stress has no significant effect in Employee Job Satisfaction. Compensation and Job Stress simultaneously have a significant effect in Employee Job Satisfaction. Keywords : Compensation, Job Stress, Employee Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Kompensasi, Stres Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di CV. Indo Javaland. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 70 karyawan CV. Indo Javaland. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah seluruh populasi yaitu sebanyak 70 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Non Probability Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda, yang dioperasikan melalui program SPSS 25. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Stres Kerja tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Kompensasi dan Stres Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan
