Abstract

The method used in this study is the method of the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual 1997 (MKJI-1997) which includes analysis of intersection capacity, queue length, phase system and delay. Data obtained by conducting a survey of traffic volume, cycle time, geometric intersection and volume and speed on the main road segment, namely KH Hasyim Ashari road. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the type of intersection control and the Jalan KH Hasyim Ashari - Cideng Barat section which is the object of research are in accordance with the current volume conditions. Traffic flow at this intersection is quite dense at certain hours which are classified as very high road user activities, namely in the morning and evening. The KH Hasyim Ashari Intersection has a service level of F with a value of 68.11 and in the afternoon a value of 213.95 (very bad). The recommended proposal is a change in cycle time adjustments and even odd methods for four-wheeled vehicles. Simulations of intersection performance after changes in cycle times and even odd changes to four-wheeled vehicles have increased service levels, from F (very bad) to C with a value of 17.11 (good enough) and in the afternoon with a value of 19.47 (enough) and the performance of the road is also very high during rush hour in the afternoon. The KH Hasyim Ashari Road Section Performance has D service level in the afternoon with a value of 0.79 (bad). The recommended proposal is to use an even-numbered system method for four-wheeled vehicles. The road simulation after using an even-numbered system method for four-wheeled vehicles experiences a level of service, from D (bad) to C with a value of 0.54 (enough). Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997 (MKJI-1997) yang meliputi analisa terhadap kapasitas persimpangan, panjang antrian, sistem fase serta tundaan. Data didapat dengan melakukan survei terhadap volume lalu lintas, waktu siklus, geometrik persimpangan serta volume dan kecepatan pada ruas jalan utama yaitu jalan KH Hasyim Ashari. Berdasarkan hasil analisa diketahui jenis pengendalian simpang dan ruas Jalan KH Hasyim Ashari – Cideng Barat yang menjadi objek penelitian sudah sesuai kondisi volume saat ini. Arus lalu lintas pada persimpangan ini cukup padat pada jam-jam tertentu yang tergolong aktivitas pemakai jalan sangat tinggi yaitu pada pagi hari dan sore hari. Simpang Jalan KH Hasyim Ashari memiliki tingkat pelayanan F dengan nilai 68,11 dan pada sore hari dengan nilai 213,95 (sangat buruk). Usulan yang direkomendasikan adalah perubahan penyesuaian waktu siklus dan metode ganjil genap terhadap kendaraan roda empat. Simulas kinerja simpang setelah perubahan penyesuaian waktu siklus dan ganjil genap terhadap kendaraan roda empat mengalami peningkatan tingkat pelayanan, dari F (sangat buruk) menjadi C dengan nilai 17,11 (cukup baik) dan pada sore hari dengan nilai 19,47 (cukup) dan kinerja ruas jalan juga sangat tinggi pada waktu jam sibuk di sore hari. Kinerja Ruas Jalan KH Hasyim Ashari memiliki tingkat pelayanan D pada sore hari dengan nilai 0,79 (buruk). Usulan yang direkomendasikan yaitu dengan mengunakan metode sistem ganjil genap terhadap kendaraan roda empat. Simulasi ruas jalan setelah menggunakan metode sistem ganjil genap terhadap kendaraan roda empat mengalami tingkat pelayanan, dari D (buruk) menjadi C dengan nilai 0,54 (cukup).
