Abstract

This study aims to determine the inhibiting and supporting factors of interpersonal communication in early childhood education at Bunga Puspita Kindergarten. The importance of interpersonal communication in human life in their daily lives, such as in teaching and learning activities between teachers and students at school to form and maintain meaningful relationships, through interpersonal communication. a good relationship will be established between the parties who communicate. Communication is also useful for changing attitudes and habits of children. In addition, interpersonal communication can also be a facilitator for good communication so that children can easily understand and understand what is conveyed by the teacher. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques, observation and interviews as well as data analysis techniques with narrative. This study had 6 informants who were interviewed. The results of this study indicate that interpersonal communication at Puspita Bunga Kindergarten runs effectively, the supporting factors are able to overcome all the inhibiting factors that arise. Where the teachers always communicate and approach well with their students, so that the state of teaching and learning activities is always comfortable and gets good feedback. The conclusion of this study is that the interpersonal communication carried out by the teacher from Puspita Bunga Kindergarten by using various media as supporting factors has proven to be successful, then the inhibiting factors that have arisen have always been successfully handled properly by the teacher. Keywords: interpersonal communication, teachers, early childhood education, students, supporting and inhibiting factors Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat dan pendukung komunikasi interpersonal dalam pendidikan usia dini di tk bunga puspita, Pentingnya komunikasi interpersonal dalam kehidupan manusia dalam kesehariannya seperti dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar antara guru dengan murid nya di sekolah untuk membentuk dan menjaga hubungan pernuh makna, melalui komunikasi interpersonal akan terjalin suatu hubungan baik antara pihak yang melakukan komunikasi. Komunikasi juga bermanfaat untuk mengubah sikap dan kebiasaan anak-anak. Selain itu komunikasi interpersonal juga bisa menjadi fasilitator untuk komunikasi yang baik agar anak mudah memahami dan mengerti apa yang disampaikan oleh guru nya. penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara serta untuk teknik analisis data dengan narrative. Penelitian ini memiliki 6 informan yang dilakukan pengambilan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal pada tk bunga puspita berjalan dengan efektif, faktor pendukung mampu mengatasi segala faktor penghambat yang muncul. Dimana para guru selalu melakukan komunikasi dan pendekatan dengan baik terhadap anak didik nya, sehingga keadaan kegiatan belajar mengajar selalu nyaman dan mendapat feedback yang baik. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, bahwa komunikasi interpersonal dilakukan oleh guru dari tk bunga puspita dengan menggunakan berbagai media sebagai faktor pendukung terbukti berhasil, lalu faktor penghambat yang muncul selalu berhasil di atasi dengan baik oleh guru tersebut.
