Abstract

PT. Adiperkasa Anugerah Pratama, in a number of quality control programs that have been carried out by the company, it has not yet had a maximum impact on the quality of the products produced which often still do not meet the standards, as evidenced by the number of defects in the K81A pillion pipe product that is still beyond the limits set by the company at 0.001%. Therefore the company must immediately conduct an evaluation and improvement of the ongoing production process. The method used in this study is Six Sigma DMAIC to identify and analyze failures that occur during the production process. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that cause defects, and make improvements to reduce the number of defects in the K81A pillion pipe product. At the Analysis stage on DMAIC Using FMEA Tools Based on the calculation of the Risk Priority Number (RPN) the failure mode with the highest RPN value is the cutting dimension of variation with an RPN value of 175 priority improvement on the circular cutting machine, the effect of the failure is cutting the K81A pillion pipe product resulting in dimensions The product varies causes of blunt cutting blades and sagging clamp failures. Improvement efforts that can be given as remedial measures are changing the process method from cutting circular to cutting dies. After making improvements it can be seen that the results before and after the improvement there is a difference that is the value of DPMO before improvement of 2.623 after improvement of 947 this means there is a decrease in the value of DPMO which is 1.676 while the sigma value before improvement is 2.94 after an improvement of 3.35 means that the sigma value rose by 0.41 sigma. Adiperkasa Anugerah Pratama, dalam beberapa program pengendalian kualitas yang sudah dilakukan perusahaan belum berdampak maksimal terhadap kualitas produk yang dihasilkan seringkali masih belum memenuhi standar, terbukti jumlah defect pada produk pipa pillion K81A masih berada diluar batas yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan yaitu 0.001%. Oleh karena itu perusahaan harus segera melakukan evaluasi dan perbaikan terhadap proses produksi yang berlangsung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Six Sigma DMAIC untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa kegagalan yang terjadi selama proses produksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa faktor-faktor penyebab defect, serta melakukan perbaikan untuk mengurangi jumlah defect pada produk pipa pillion K81A. Pada tahap Analisis pada DMAIC Menggunakan Tools FMEA Berdasarkan perhitungan nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) Mode kegagalan dengan nilai RPN tertinggi adalah Dimensi cutting variasi dengan nilai RPN sebesar 175 prioritas perbaikan pada mesin cutting circular, efek dari kegagalan adalah pemotongan produk pipa pillion K81A hasilnya dimensi produk bervariasi penyebab dari kegagalan pisau cutting tumpul dan clamp togle kendor. Upaya perbaikan yang dapat diberikan sebagai upaya tindakan perbaikan yaitu melakukan perubahan metode proses dari cutting circular ke proses cutting dies. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan dapat diketahui bahwa hasil sebelum dan sesudah perbaikan ada perbedaan yaitu nilai DPMO sebelum perbaikan sebesar 2.623 setelah perbaikan sebesar 947 ini berarti ada penurunan nilai dari DPMO yaitu sebesar 1.676 sedangkan nilai sigma sebelum perbaikan sebesar 2,94 setelah perbaikan sebesar 3,35 artinya nilai sigma naik sebesar 0,41 sigma.
