Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of competence, organizational justice and job satisfaction on employee performance in the West Jakarta Regional National Defense Agency. This study was conducted on 114 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach who are employees of the West Jakarta Regional National Defense Agency. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis with Output processing software with SPSS 23, 2020 and primary data is processed using Smart-PLS, 2020. The results of this study indicate that by t-test (bootsrapping) the independent variables are competence, organizational justice and satisfaction. work has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the performance of employees at the West Jakarta Regional National Defense Agency. Keyword : Competence, workload, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Badan Pertahanan Nasional Wilayah Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 114 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif yang merupakan karyawan dari Badan Pertahanan Nasional Wilayah Jakarta Barat. Oleh karena itu, Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dengan software Output pengolahan dengan SPSS 23, 2020 dan Data primer diolah menggunakan Smart-PLS, 2020. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara uji t (bootsrapping) variabel independen kompetensi, beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu terhadap kinerja karyawan di Badan Pertahanan Nasional Wilayah Jakarta Barat. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, beban kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
