Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of organizational support, compensation and job stress on the turnover intention of PT. Karyacipta Bangun Mandiri. The object of this research are employees who work at PT. Karyacipta Bangun Mandiri to the field project employees. This study was conducted on 43 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturation sampling that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the variables of organizational support have a negative significant effect on turnover intention, compensation has a significant negative and not significant effect on turnover intention, and job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention of PT. Karyacipta Bangun Mandiri. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Karyacipta Bangun Mandiri pada karyawan lapangan proyek. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 43 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel dukungan organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention, kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention dan stress kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention pada PT.
