Abstract

In leading an organization or company, a leader has his own way and style, so that in the organization the leadership communication style and employee work motivation are some of the things that must be considered by the organization The dynamics of business competition are increasingly rapidly making PT Jakarta Sinergi Multidiv CCTV sales decline. make leaders increase sales targets so that employees are active in marketing products, it makes employees feel burdened and not strong with the system that the leader applies, Leaders are sometimes not satisfied with the results of employee work because it is not in accordance with his wishes. So that the motivation of employees to work becomes drastically reduced. This study uses the leadership communication style theory and employee work motivation, discusses various kinds of leadership communication styles from those that reflect good leadership styles to those that are not good, as well as various things that affect employee motivation. Researchers use quantitative research methodology with explanatory survey methods. Data obtained using questionnaires and literature studies. The focus of the research is on the extent of the influence of leadership communication styles on employee motivation This study concludes that the communication style of the leadership of PT Jakarta Sinergi Multidiv influences the work motivation of employees, judging from the results of the calculation of ANOVA test or F-test there is an F value of 46.779. The probability value (sig) is 0.000 <46,797. So a simple linear regression model is accepted or it can be concluded that the simple linear regression equation Y = a + bx can already be accounted for. Keywords: Leadership Communication Style, Employee Motivation Dalam memimpin sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan, seorang pimpinan mempunyai cara dan gayanya masing-masing, sehingga dalam organisasi gaya komunikasi pimpinan dan motivasi kerja karyawan merupakan sebagian dari hal yang harus diperhatikan oleh organisasi. Dinamika persaingan bisnis semakin pesat membuat penjualan CCTV dan Alarm PT Jakarta Sinergi Multidiv menurun. membuat pimpinan meningkatkan target penjualan agar karyawan giat dalam memasarkan produk, hal itu membuat karyawan merasa terbebani dan tidak kuat dengan sistem yang pimpinan berlakukan, Pimpinan terkadang tidak puas dengan hasil kerja karyawan karena tidak sesuai dengan keinginannya. Sehingga motivasi karyawan untuk bekerja menjadi turun drastis. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori gaya komunikasi pimpinan dan motivasi kerja karyawan, membahas mengenai berbagai macam gaya komunikasi pimpinan dari yang mencerminkan gaya pimpinan yang baik saampai yang tidak baik, begitu juga dengan berbagai hal yang mempengaruhi motivasi kerja karyawan. Peneliti menggunakan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey yang bersifat eksplanatif. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan, Fokus penelitian ada pada sejauhmana pengaruh gaya komunikasi pimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa gaya komunikasi pimpinan PT Jakarta Sinergi Multidiv berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan, dilihat dari hasil perhitungan uji ANOVA atau F-test terdapat nilai F hitung sebesar 46,797. Nilai probabilitasnya (sig) sebesar 0.000 < 46,797. Maka model regresi linier sederhana diterima atau dapat disimpulkan bahwa persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y= a+bx sudah dapat dipertanggung jawabkan.
