Abstract
This study aims to analyze Altruism and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance Through Organizational Commitment at PT Bhakti Idola Tama. This study uses SEM data analysis techniques and data processing using PLS. Population Employees PT. Bhakti Idola Tama Jakarta with a sample of 50 respondents. Sampling technique using Saturated Sample. By using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the influence of Altruism has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Culture has no significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment has no significant effect on Employee Performance, Altruism has a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment, Altruism has an effect on performance that is not mediated by organizational commitment and organizational culture has an effect on performance that is not mediated by organizational commitment. Keywords: Altruism, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance and Organizational Commitment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Altruism dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Komitmen Organisasi di PT Bhakati Idola Tama. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data SEM dan pengolahan data menggunakan PLS. Populasinya Karyawan PT. Bhakti Idola Tama Jakarta dengan sampel 50 responden kayawan tetap. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Sampel Jenuh. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh Altruism berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Budaya Organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Komitmen Organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Altruism berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, Altruism berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja yang tidak di Mediasi Komitmen Organisasi dan Budaya Organisasi Berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja yang tidak di Mediasi Komitmen Organisasi.
