Abstract
This study was to determine and describe the communication of teachers and students through Blended learning on the application of limited face-to-face learning at SMAN 5 Sukabumi City. To describe teacher communication, theories were used, including Berlo theory, Gestalt theory and also the concept of group communication. This research is a qualitative research with constructivism paradigm using case studies. Data was collected through interviews and observations. The research subjects were teachers and students, the observations were carried out at SMAN 5 Sukabumi city which applied face-to-face learning with odd-even attendance patterns. Researchers observed learning through blended learning conducted by several teachers who carried out face-to-face learning simultaneously with both synchronous and asynchronous distance Learning methods After observing in the classroom during the blended learning process, researchers conducted interviews. Then the results of observations and interviews researchers described the communication between teachers and students using some of the theories above. The results of this study describe and describe the communication of teachers and students through blended learning on the application of face-to-face learning at SMAN 5 Sukabumi City. Keywords: communication, blended learning, Limited face-to-face learning penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan Komunikasi Guru dan siswa melalui Blended learning pada penerapan PTM Terbatas di SMAN 5 Kota Sukabumi, .untuk mendeskripsikan komunikasi guru ini di gunakan teori antara lain teori Berlo, Teori Gestalt dan juga konsep komunikasi kelompok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan paradigma Kontruktivismedengan menggunakan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Subjek penelitian adalah Guru dan siswa, observasi di laksanakan di SMAN 5 kota Sukabumi yang menerapkan PTM Terbatyas pola kehadiran dengan ganjil genap. Peneliti melakukan observasi pembelajaran melalui blended learning yang dilakukan beberapa guru yang melaksanakan PTM bersamaan dengan maupun PJJ baik metoda sinkronus maupun PJJ ansinkronus Setelah melakukan observasi di dalam kelas selama proses blended learning, peneliti melaksanakan wawancara Kemudian hasil observasi dan wawancara peneliti mendeskripsikan komunikasi antara guru dan siswa dengan menggunakan beberapa teori di atas. Hasil penelitian ini mendeskripsikan dan menggambarkan komunikasi guru dan siswa melalui blended learning pada penerapan PTM Terbatas di SMAN 5 Kota Sukabumi..
