Abstract

This study aims to discuss what influences affect teacher change intentions. The independent variables obtained from the preliminary survey results are Organizational Culture, Workload, and Organizational Commitment. Meanwhile, the dependent variable obtained is the intention of changing teachers. The method of data analysis using (SPSS). The population is teachers at the Bina Insan Mandiri school in West Jakarta. Jl. Meruya Ilir Qaryah Thayyibah Housing Complex with a sample of 45 respondents. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling, namely saturated sampling, because all populations are sampled with 45 teachers. The results of this study show that Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on teacher change intentions, Workload has a significant positive effect on teacher change intestation, and Organizational Commitment has a significant positive effect on teacher change intentions. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Workload, Organizational Commitment, Teacher Change Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai pengaruh apa saja yang mempengaruhi Intensi Pergantian Guru. Variabel independen yang didapatkan dari hasil survei pendahuluan adalah Budaya Organisasi, Beban Kerja, Dan Komitmen Organisasi. Sedangkan variabel dependen yang didapatkan adalah intensi pergantian guru. Metode analisis data menggunakan (SPSS). Populasinya adalah guru di sekolah Bina Insan Mandiri Jakarta Barat. Jl. Meruya Ilir Komplek Perumahan Qaryah Thayyibah dengan sampel 45 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling, yaitu sampling jenuh, karena semua populasi dijadikan sampel yang berjumlah 45 orang Guru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Budaya Organisiasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap intensi pergantian guru, Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap intesni pergantian guru, serta Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap intensi pergantian guru. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Beban Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Intensi Pergantian Guru.
