Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of organizational communication and teamwork on work motivation and the implications for employee performance at the branch office of PT. Tricipta Agung Sejahtera, Daan Mogot, West Jakarta. This research data is primary data obtained from questionnaire data management. The population in this study are permanent employees who work at PT. Tricipta Agung Sejahtera. The sample used in this study used a saturated sample with 51 respondents and the analytical technique used in this study was statistical analysis in the form of SEM PLS. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of the study prove that Organizational Communication has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, Organizational Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, Teamwork has a positive and significant on employee performance, Work motivation has positive has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keyword :Organizational Communication, Team Work,Work Motivation, Employee Performance, Organizational Behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Komunikasi Organisasi dan Kerjasama Tim Terhadap Motivasi Kerja dan Implikasinya Pada Kinerja Karyawan kantor cabang PT. Tricipta Agung Sejahtera, Daan Mogot, Jakarta Barat . Data Penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang di dapat dari pengelolaan data kuesioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap yang bekerja di PT. Tricipta Agung Sejahtera. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan 51 responden dan teknik analisis yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM PLS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Komunikasi Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, Komunikasi Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, Kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci :Komunikasi Organisasi, Kerjasama Tim, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, Perilaku Organisasi.
