Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT. Tangerang Witel Telecommunications. The population in this study were 120 employees. Researchers took a random sample of 92 employees as a sample in this study. The analysis used in this research is the Structural Equational Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool. Data collection techniques were carried out by questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the variable of work discipline on job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect, the work environment on job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect, work discipline on employee performance has a positive and significant effect, the work environment on employee performance has a positive and insignificant effect, job satisfaction is not able to mediate the effect of work discipline on employee performance and job satisfaction also does not mediate the effect of work environment on job satisfaction. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Mediasi di PT. Telekomunikasi Witel Tangerang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 120 karyawan. Peneliti mengambil sampel secara acak sebanyak 92 karyawan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equational Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, Kepuasan kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan kepuasan kerja juga tidak memediasi pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja.
