Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of PT Adjitama Persada employees. The population in this study were employees of PT Adjitama Persada, with a sample size of 60 samples determined using the saturated sampling method. The sample collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire and data processing was carried out using descriptive analysis techniques and SEM-PLS using SPSS and SmartPLS software. The results of this study found that work motivation has a positive and significant effect, this is stated by the path coefficient value which shows a positive number of 0.702. The t-statistic value of the work motivation variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) is 12.708, greater than the t-table value of 1.96. Then the p-value is 0.000. Therefore, based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Adjitama Persada employees. Furthermore, work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is expressed by the path coefficient value which shows a positive number of 0.286. The t-statistic value of the work discipline variable (X2) on employee performance (Y) is 4.894, greater than the t-table value of 1.96. Then the p-value is 0.000. Therefore, based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Adjitama Persada employees. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Adjitama Persada. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Adjitama Persada, dengan ukuran sampel berjumlah 60 sampel yang ditentukan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Adapun teknik pengumpulan sampel dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dan olah data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis deskriptif dan SEM-PLS menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS dan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini mendapati bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, Hal ini dinyatakan dengan nilai koefisien jalur yang menunjukkan hasil angka positif 0,702. Adapun nilai t-statistik variabel motivasi kerja (X1) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) adalah 12,708, lebih besar daripada nilai t-tabel 1,96. Selanjutnya nilai p-value 0,000. Oleh karena itu, berdasarkan hasil analisis data, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Adjitama Persada. Selanjutnya disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dinyatakan dengan nilai koefisien jalur yang menunjukkan hasil angka positif 0,286. Adapun nilai t-statistik variabel disiplin kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) adalah 4,894, lebih besar daripada nilai t-tabel 1,96. Selanjutnya nilai p-value 0,000. Oleh karena itu, Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Adjitama Persada.
