Abstract
This study aims to analyze the impact of leadership style, work motivation and work environment on employee perfomance. The object of this research is PT. Paradise Perkasa. Population in this research are 98 employees of PT. Paradise Perkasa. The sample used are 50 employees, calculated based on Slovin formula. The sampling method uses probability sampling. The data collection method by using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS). This study proves that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance. Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Work Environment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Paradise Perkasa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 98 orang karyawan PT. Paradise Perasa. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 50 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan probability sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survery, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
