Abstract
This Study aims to analyze the influence of Work Discipline, Remuneration, and Leadhership Style on Employee Performance at PT DKP Tangerang. This research used a quantitative approach and was taken during September 2019 - Juni 2020. The population being researched were 60 employees of PT DKP Tangerang. The sampling method of analysis used a linear multiple regression by the help of SPSS (Statistical Product For Service Solution) Software version 25.0. The result showed variable work discipline , remuneration , and the styles of leadership on this partial and simultaneous have a positive influence and significantly to employee performance. Based on the result, it is recommended that companies should increase the discipline working with more act decisively to disciplinary violations , change the system more fair remuneration and changing the right leadership style . Keywords : work discipline, remuneration, Leadhership Style, and Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Remunerasi, dan Stress Kerja di PT DKP Tangerang terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan diambil selama September 2019 – Juni 2020. Populasi yang diteliti adalah 60 karyawan PT DKP Tangerang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sampel jenuh dengan teknik pengambilan sample non-probabilitas. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS (Statistical Product For Service Solution) Versi 25,0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel disiplin kerja, remunerasi, dan gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial dan simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan bahwa perusahaan harus lebih meningkatkan lagi disiplin kerja dengan lebih bertindak tegas kepada pelanggaran disiplin, merubah sistem remunerasi lebih adil dan merubah gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat.
