Abstract
In today's modern era, various aspects of excellence are needed by every organization in orderto achieve its goals. The main purpose of establishing a company is to achieve maximum and maximum profit. This research was conducted at PT. Kapasindo Prima as a socks company. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational communication, organizational commitment and work motivation on employee performance. The population in this study is the research subject. All populations are included in the research subject with a total of 40 people. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with research instruments questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis method using Partial Last Square. This study proves that organizational communication, organizational commitment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational communication, organizational commitment, work motivation and employee performance Dalam perkembangan jaman modern saat ini, berbagai macam aspek keunggulan dibutuhkan oleh setiap organisasi dalam rangka mencapai tujuannya. Tujuan utama didirikannya perusahaan adalah untuk mencapai laba yang maksimal dan sebesar-besarnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Kapasindo Prima sebagai perusahaan kaos kaki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi organisasi, komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan subjek penelitian. Semua populasi masuk ke dalam subjek penelitian dengan jumlah 40 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian kuesioner dan wawancara. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Last Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa komunikasi organisasi, komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
