Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of job stress, organizational commitment & job satisfaction on Turnover Intention at PT. Jakarta Aquarium. The population in this study was 117 employees, with a sample of 27 employees as a trial in the instrumental test. The design of this study is quantitative causality, assisted by the SEM-PLS statistical method, and uses a Likert measurement scale. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The techniques used in data collection are Library Research, Field Research, and saturated sampling. The results of this study prove that work stress has a significant positive effect on Turnover Intention, and organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention. Keywords: Job Stress, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh stress kerja, komitmen organisasi & kepuasan kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada PT. Jakarta Aquarium. Populasi di dalam penelitian ini adalah 117 karyawan, dengan sampel 27 karyawan sebagai uji coba dalam uji instrumental. Desain dari penelitian ini berupa kuantitatif kausalitas, dengan dibantu metode statistik SEM-PLS, dan menggunakan skala pengukuran likert. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitan adalah kuesioner. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah Library Research, Field Research, dan sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan stress kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, serta komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Kata Kunci: stress kerja, komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja, turnover intention.
