Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the force of beraucracy reform, commitment of organization and motivation influence to employee performance in Secretary DivisionMinistry of Public Housingeither individually or together. Research method used causality research in this study to obtain data with field research conducted through observation dan distributing questionnaires to all employee in Secretary Division Ministry of Public Housing as respondents and literature study. The result showed that beraucracy reform, commitment of organization and motivation have a significant positive impact on performance. From the results of this study also note that public service dimention in beraucracy reform variables has srong correlation to personel dimension in performance variable. Believeing of organization values and goals in commitment of organization variable have strong correlation to system dimention in performance variable. Dimension of meteriil dan inmateriil stimulus in motivation variable have strong correlation to personel dimention in performance variable. The result showed also that the dominant influence of motivation on performance. Keywords : beraucracy reforms, commitment of organization, motivation, performance.
