Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the effect of work discipline (X1) and loyalty employee (X2) simultaneously and partially on employee performance (Y). The sample of this research is 37 employees. From research conducted at PT. QEI Loyak Talang Gula showed Sig F <5% or (0,000 <0,05), which means together work discipline (X1) and loyalty employee (X2) has a significant impact on employee performance (Y) so that yield conclusions Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. While partially through regression analysis, work discipline (X1) results 4,133 for tcount > ttable with Sig t 0.000 and alpha 0.05, then by partial work discipline (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). While immaterial loyalty employee (X2) partially have significant impact on employee performance (Y) with a regression result of tcount 2,138> ttable 2,030 with Sig t 0.040 and alpha 0.05. Based from Beta of variable X1 results 0.607 and X2 results 0.314, then we conclude that X1 variable have most dominant impact toward Y variable. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menjelaskan pengaruh disiplin kerja (X1) dan loyalitas karyawan (X2) secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 37 karyawan. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan di PT. QEI Loyak Talang Gula menunjukkan Sig F <5% atau (0,000 <0,05), yang berarti bersama-sama disiplin kerja (X1) dan loyalitas karyawan (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) sehingga kesimpulan hasil Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sementara sebagian melalui analisis regresi, disiplin kerja (X1) dengan hasil regresi thitung 4,133 maka thitung> ttabel dengan Sig t 0,000 dan alpha 0,05, maka dengan disiplin kerja parsial (X1) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Sementara immaterial karyawan loyalitas (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dengan hasil regresi thitung 2.138> ttabel 2.030 dengan Sig t 0,040 dan alpha 0,05. Berdasarkan dari Beta dari variabel X1 hasil 0,607 dan X2 hasil 0,314, maka kita menyimpulkan bahwa variabel X1 memiliki dampak yang paling dominan terhadap variabel Y.
