Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress, work motivation and physical work environment on employee job satisfaction at the Jakarta City Government Tourism and Culture Office. The population in this study were 130 employees at the Jakarta City Government Tourism and Culture Office. The sampling method used was Accidental Sampling by taking 130 employees and rounding it up to 100 employees working in the Jakarta City Government Tourism and Culture Office. Data collection methods using survey method, with the research instruments using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis methods uses Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square. This research proves that job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction and physical work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction. Keywords : Work Stress, Work Motivation, Physical Work Environment, Job Satisfaction of the Jakarta City Government Tourism and Culture Office Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan DKI Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 130 pegawai di Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan DKI Jakarta. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 100 pegawai di Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan DKI Jakarta, dihitung berdasarkan rumus slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Accidental Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei langsung ketempat penelitian, dengan instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Kata Kunci : Stres Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, KepuasanKerja Pegawai Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan DKI Jakarta.
