Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of wages and gender on the employee work productivity with job satisfaction as an intervening variables.population in this research is 40 employees at PT. Industrial Rubrico Sejahtera. The sample used is 40 employees at PT. Industrial Rubrico Sejahtera Using a quantitative descriptive approach. The sampling technique in this study was saturated samples. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that wages has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction,, gender has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction,, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the employee work productivity, wages has no effect on the employee work productivity, gender has a positive and significant effect on the employee work productivity. Keywords : Wages, Gender, Job Satisfaction, Work Productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh upah dan gender terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 karyawan PT. Industrial Rubrico Sejahtera. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 40 karyawan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil jumlah seluruh populasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa upah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, gender berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, upah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, gender berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja.
