Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze more related to the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable (case study: the secretariat of the parliament of the province of DKI Jakarta). The research method used today is a quantitative research method with causal. The population of this research is the Employees of the Secretariat of the parliament of the province of DKI Jakarta, the status of ASN with a total sample of 100 respondents. Methods of data analysis using SEM-PLS. And the results showed that the compensation is not significant effect on work motivation. Work discipline have a significant effect on work motivation. Compensation is not significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has no effect in mediating compensation on employee performance. However, work motivation influential in mediating work discipline on employee performance. Keywords: Compensation, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis lebih lanjut terkait dengan pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening (studi kasus: Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi DKI Jakarta). Metode penelitian yang digunakan saat ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode kausal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi DKI Jakarta yang berstatus ASN dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS. Dan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Kompensasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh dalam memediasi kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Namun, motivasi kerja berpengaruh dalam memediasi disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.
