Abstract
This study is to determine the effect of Organizational Culture, Work Competence and Motivation on Employee Performance at the Jakarta State Administration Institute. Respondents in this study were employees of the Jakarta State Administration Institute. This research was conducted on 60 respondents using a quantitative approach. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that t test Organizational Culture, Work Competence and Motivation have a positive effect on Employee Performance at the Jakarta State Administration Institute. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Competence, Motivation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi Kerja dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Lembaga Administrasi Negara Jakarta. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan Lembaga Administrasi Negara Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 60 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji t Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi Kerja dan Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Lembaga Administrasi Negara Jakarta.
