Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the effect of the work environment, work discipline, and work motivation, on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura Propertindo. The object of this study is employees who work at PT. Angkasa Pura Propertindo, this study was conducted with 102 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The analytical method used to test hypothesis using multiple linear analysis, with SPSS version 23 analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that simultaneous testing, work environment, work discipline, and work motivation have a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura Propertindo. The partial test results prove that the work environment, work discipline, and work motivation significantly influence employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura Propertindo. Keywords : work environment, work discipline, work motivation, and employee performance Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Angkasa Pura Propertindo. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Angkasa Pura Propertindo, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 102 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan analisis linear berganda, dengan alat analisis SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa uji secara simultan, lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Angkasa Pura Propertindo. Hasil uji secara parsial membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Angkasa Pura Propertindo.
