Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation and training on the performance of employees of Wisata Air Mancur Taman Sri Baduga. The population in this study is Employees of Wisata Air Mancur Taman Sri Baduga. The sample used was 45 respondents. The sample withdrawal method uses Probability Sampling. Data collection methods using survey questionnaire methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Quantitatife. The results of this study indicate that the compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Wisata Air Mancur Taman Sri Baduga employees. Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, Training, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, kompensasi dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pekerja Wisata Air Mancur Taman Sri Baduga. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah PekerjaWisata Air Mancur Taman Sri Baduga. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 45 responden. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Probability Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode Survey kuesioner, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Kuantitatif. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan siginfikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Wisata Air Mancur Taman Sri Baduga. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Motivasi, Pelatihan, Kinerja Karyawan
