Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, work motivation, and work environment on job satisfaction of PT. Delimajaya Auto-Body Manufacturing Company employees. The object of this research is the permanent employees of PT. Delimajaya Auto-Body Manufacturing Company. The research sample consisted of 54 respondents with saturated sampling methods. The sampling technique in this study was a questionnaire and the sourch of the data is using primary data. Analysis of the data used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while transformational leadership and work environment do not effect on job satisfaction. Therefore, the assumption that raised is, there is one independent variable that supports the hypothesis and two independent variables that doesn’t support. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Delimajaya Auto-Body Manufacturing Company. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT. Delimajaya Auto-Body Manufacturing Company. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 54 responden dengan metode sampling jenuh. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Oleh karena itu, asumsi yang diterima adalah ada satu variabel independen yang mendukung hipotesis dan dua variabel independen yang tidak mendukung hipotesis. Kata kunci : kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja.
