Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, competence and work loyalty on productivity of PT. Mulya Adhi Paramita maintenance division. The population in this study were employees of PT. Mulya Adhi Paramita in the maintenance division which numbered 43 employees. The sample of this research is 43 employees using the sampling method that is saturated sample. Data analysis method in this study uses Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling, Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study prove that workload has a positive and significant effect on productivity, competence has no significant effect on productivity. loyalty has a positive and significant effect on productivity. Keywords: Workload, Competency, Work Loyalty and Productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, kompetensi dan loyalitas kerja terhadap produktivitas pada karyawan PT. Mulya Adhi Paramita divisi maintenance. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Mulya Adhi Paramita pada divisi maintenance yang berjumlah 43 karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 43 karyawan dengan menggunakan metode penarikan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling,Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas, kompetensi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas. loyalitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas.
