Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work stress, compensation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. Sarana Penida. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Sarana Penida, amounting to 48 employees. The sample used was 48 employees. The method of collecting data uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. The results of this study indicate that work stress has a positive and not significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Job stress, compensation, work environment, employee job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Sarana Penida. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kayawan PT. Sarana Penida yang berjumlah 48 orang karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 48 orang karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.
