Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Work Environment, Intrinsic Motivation and Extrinsic Motivation against The Employee Performance on the Environment Department of West Jakarta Administration City. The data collecting technique is in questionnaire form by using interval scale. This research was conducted on 56 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach and hypothesis testing. For that reason, the method of data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study show that partially and simultaneously, the Work Environment, Intrinsic Motivation and Extrinsic Motivation influence on employee performance On The Environment Office of West Jakarta Administration City. Therefore the test results of this study states that there is a simultaneous influence between the variable Work Environment, Intrinsic Motivation and Extrinsic Motivation Against Employee Performance on the Environment Department of West Jakarta Administration City. Keywords: Work Environment, Intrinsic Motivation, Extrinsic Motivation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Intrinsik dan Motivasi Ekstrinsik Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Suku Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data berbentuk kuisioner dengan menggunakan skala interval. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 56 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis. Untuk itu, metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Intrinsik dan Motivasi Ekstrinsik Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Suku Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh simultan antara variabel Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Intrinsik dan Motivasi Ekstrinsik Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Suku Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat.
