Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, work compensation and work motivation on employee performance. The population in this study were 50 employees of PT Indonesia Media Televisi. The sample used was 50 employees, calculated based on saturated samples. The sampling method uses a non probality sampling technique. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This research proves that workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Work compensation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: workload, compensation, motivation, employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, kompensasi kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan PT Indonesia Media Televisi. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 50 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan sampel jenuh. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik non probality sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisi data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: beban kerja, kompensasi, motivasi, kinerja karyawan.
