Abstract

There is no single approach to developing a Human Resources Strategy planning. The specific approach will vary from one organization to another. Once strategic planning is under way, a process must be undertaken by the organization to design and align its HRM policies and practices to provide for organizational success. The remaining step in planning is to determine the quality and quantity of human resources the organization needs for its total force. Research on human resource planning in PaninBank using qualitative research methods is to obtain more comprehensive information to see the strategic planning process, integrated with business planning. With the analysis and interpretation of data and documents from the researchers found, which can be summarized in research, strategic planning of human resources at PaninBank starting from planning to implementation and evaluation in accordance with the theory and concept plans and strategies such as HR planning has been integrated with business plan targets as outlined in the short and medium term. Improvements in the system development in the projected capital expenditure budget through the development of Oracle's software-integrated human resources and guidance on the systems and procedures and standards for charging standard or a projection of human resource planning is a recommendation which can be delivered to management.Tidak ada pendekatan tunggal untuk mengembangkan perencanaan strategi sumber daya manusia. Pendekatan spesifik akan bervariasi pada setiap organisasi lainnya. Dalam proses perencanaan strategis yang harus dilakukan oleh organisasi adalah dapat mengembangkan dan menyelaraskan kebijakan dan praktek-praktek managemen sumber daya manusia untuk keberhasilan organisasi. Perencanaan sumber daya manusia adalah untuk menentukan kebutuhan organisasi dalam hal kualitas dan kuantitas karyawan. Penelitian tentang perencanaan sumber daya manusia di PaninBank dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi yang lebih komprehensif untuk melihat proses dari perencanaan strategi sdm yang terintegrasi dengan perencanaan bisnis. Dengan analisa terhadap data dan dokumen yang ditemukan serta interpretasi peneliti, yang dapat disimpulkan dalam penelitian perencanaan strategis sumber daya manusia di PT. Bank Panin Tbk. mulai dari perencanaan sampai implementasi serta evaluasinya adalah sesuai dengan teori-teori dan konsep dari perencanaan dan strategi seperti perencanaan SDM yang telah terintegrasi dengan perencanaan bisnis yang dituangkan dalam target jangka pendek dan jangka menengah. Perbaikan dalam pengembangan system proyeksi pada capital expenditure budget melalui pengembangan software HRD-Oracle yang terpadu serta panduan dalam system dan prosedur yang terstandar dan baku untuk pengisian proyeksi atau perencanaan sumber daya manusia adalah rekomendasi yang dapat disampaikan pada managemen.
