Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of workload, work conflict and work stress on employee performance. The population in this research is 50 employees of PT. Quantum Inti Akurasi. The sample used is all total population. Data collection methods using survey methods, with research instruments is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This study proves that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Workload, Work Conflict, Job Stress, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Konflik Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan PT. Quantum Inti Akurasi. Sampel yang digunakan adalah semua total populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Konflik kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Beban Kerja, Konflik Kerja, Stres Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
